Accountant, balance sheet accountant

Part-time or full-time possible. Daily 4 hours (with 20 hours activity) or 8 hours (with full-time position). Flexible and extensive flexitime between 8 am and 8 pm.

For further expansion we need an experienced accountant or tax specialist.

Together with a colleague, you will be responsible for accounting, invoicing and dunning.

Your activities/responsibilities include:
  1. Checking, account assignment and booking of current business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable and bank accounting via AGENDA
  2. Creation and reversal of active accruals and deferrals and liabilities (using Excel lists)
  3. Preparation, account assignment and booking of travel expense reports in accordance with current guidelines
  4. Account reconciliation and clarification
  5. Monitoring open accounts receivable items (with the help of Excel lists) and dunning
  6. Preparation of advance sales tax returns
  7. Execution of the monthly financial statements
  8. Supporting the tax advisor in the preparation of annual financial statements
  9. Settlement of payment transactions
  10. Preparation of tax payment overviews (with the help of Excel lists) and, if necessary, liquidity plans
  11. Creation of outgoing invoices to customers and students
  12. Determination of apportionments (workplace costs) and passed on charges of these and other costs within the group of companies
  13. Verification of incoming invoices according to formal, content and tax aspects
  14. General accounting and administrative tasks (e.g. creating incoming payment confirmations for students, sending sample invoices)
  15. to freelancers, guidance and support of secretarial staff in the preparation of invoices within the scope of personnel development)

2 Doctorate in Psychology (m/f/d)

The ALP Akademisches Lehrinstitut für Psychologie GmbH (ALP) offers scientific continuing education and master's courses on behalf of universities. ALP GmbH is still a small, owner-managed start-up company based in Lübeck, which is now set to expand.

ALP is an innovative pioneer and the first provider of 100% distance learning courses (without any presence) in Germany. After now three years of experience and optimization of all work processes, ALP is striving for a decent growth for 2019 and 2020 on this foundation. Further universities will cooperate with the ALP, so that further master courses will soon be offered. For this expansion, we need a psychologist with a doctorate in psychology (social scientist, sociologist or similar, if necessary).

Your tasks:
  1. Management of a year group (incl. student support)
  2. Evaluation of study and examination achievements
  3. Planning of teaching staff
  4. Coordination of all administrative activities
  5. Examination of oral defence once a year in Vienna (FHWien of WKW)
  6. Support in the conception of Master's degree programs in the field of psychology, communication
  7. Sometimes you give lectures at regular intervals or lead webinars.

Your qualifications and competences:
  1. You are a psychologist (possibly also business psychologist, pedagogue, social scientist, sociologist), Ph.D. required
  2. Very good verbal and written phrasing
  3. Good to very good knowledge of the english language
